What if I want to change the color of my house, shutters, or door?

 

We can paint your home any color you desire.

 

Where do I get paint samples and what type of paint do you use?

 

We suggest you go to any paint display at a home improvement store to obtain samples of your color preference.  These colors can be matched and sampled by us with the color sample you provide.

 

How long is my proposal valid?

 

Because of the economy and fluctuations in pricing, your proposal is valid for 60 days.  If your proposal has expired, we will be happy to speak with you about any adjustments. 

 

What do I need to do to prepare my home for this Home Remodeling NC project?

 

Once your Home Remodeling NC project has been scheduled, we will call you can ask you to do a few tasks.  Your window screens need to be unlatched inside so the painters can remove them from the outside.  All windows then need to be closed before power washing the house.  Lastly, we ask you to move your vehicles so the painters can maneuver freely around the exterior of the house. 

 

How do you paint my house?

 

We use a spray technique to pain the exterior of your house.  Spraying gives better coverage and allows your home to be painted on a much timelier basis.  Over spray will be cleaned on the final day of work on your project. 

 

What if I think I have damaged wood or need minor repairs before painting?

 

After your home is power washed, it is examined to see if there is any damaged wood, rotted window sills, or any other items that need attention before the painting process beings.  If it is determined that you do need some wood or siding replacement, a representative from Bundy Construction will return to your home to assess the damages and give you an estimate to do this work.  The estimate is based on the time and materials.
